Get Unplugged and Get Reconnected with Life

The Cyber Addiction Recovery Center, based in Los Angeles, works with individuals and families across the United States to promote a accurate understanding of internet, video game and online pornography addiction. The Center helps by ending the “cycle” of technology addiction as well as co-occurring psychiatric and developmental conditions. Through the use of individualized therapy plans the Center works with children, teens, and adults to create a healthy "digital diet" that results in a balanced online-offline lifestyle.

Christopher Mulligan LCSW, founder and director of The Cyber Addiction Recovery Center, is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and the University of Southern California. He is a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of experience working with children, teens and adults with a wide array of psychiatric conditions. He has worked in a wide variety settings, including therapeutic day schools, residential treatment centers, and non-profit and for-profit mental health clinics. He is also an adjunct professor at the USC Graduate School of Social work where he teaches clinical methodologies and child and adult psychopathology.

Christopher Mulligan specializes in the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, and facilitates innovative intervention groups for children, teens, and adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and behavioral/process addictions.
